Shawn was fantastic. Went beyond to be so helpful. He made sure that my SUV was cleaned, oil change, a new cabin air filter and when the mechanic who was checking out all that notice there was a chunk out of one of the tires in the front of the vehicle. The tire repair took some time; approximately 2 hours.on a not-so-busy Monday afternoon. But after having a flat tire, was grateful to be serviced. The waiting area within the showroom has all amenities to complement the waiting time. The service coordinator never checked back with me to update how the job was going or a time-frame. He also didn’t walk me over to show the new tires upon job completion or explain the warranty/hazard program. You will receive several calls from the sales guy following your visit.
This is my first VW as well as my first interaction with their service department. The team at VW are wonderful. They were knowledgeable and professional. I especially liked that they took the time to explain what they were doing and why in a video sent to me. I will absolutely go back to them for all of future needs!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They got my address wrong on the car registration, so now I’m having to make an extra trip to sit in the dmv for the address change. I’ve been trying to get my fidelity maintenance plan canceled for about 2 weeks now, but they’ve just been going in circles. I knew I was as in need of new tires and brakes on my Taos. The warning light came on while I was in my way to the dentist.
Instead of calling the dealership I just stopped by hoping they could fit me in w/o a prior scheduled appointment. They took me in immediately and looked at the tires and sure enough one tire that was leaking and the back brakes were in serious enough shape that he suggested I not drive home before repair. Had some routine maintenance done. Very easy scheduling, good communication, and job done well and, yes they did suggest some maintenance but I did not feel the high pressure I’ve felt at other dealerships. Would recommend them for you VW service
