I really like the service especially the video I received from the tech showing what he did and actually showing what NEED to be done. They always say first impression set the path forward and my service person Mr Fez Fuentes was on point every step of the process keeping me informed on what had been done, suggestions on current and future services. Ricky V was extremely accommodating to my needs. Car was whisked away & I left a sewing machine I needed in it. He helped w/every detail! Uber rides were atrocious. Drivers almost neaderthals, 1 propositioned me. Other spoke 0 English & was angry! Transmission did a weird sideways thing ystrdy. I want to DOC that on my service bill. Ystrdy 8.3.26. New location is 1/2 way to coast. Soooo far from old Ocala but great service! Merci!

I want to give a huge shout out to Rickey in service took my 2020 atlas in and it ended up needing a oil cooler which was on back order I needed my 3rd row vehicle and couldn’t afford for it to be down Rickey was able to get me into a loaner the entire length of time to get the part that just shows me how great a dealership is when it comes to customer service I wouldnt dream of taking my car anywhere else or buying from any other dealership after this experience

I came in for an oil change and a check engine light. The representative Fez, was extremely helpful and informative and even offered an Uber ride to be able to get back to pick up my car.
Ok, my experience was really simple, the entire Staff at the VW dealership where very friendly and professional. Austin and finance people took very good care of my purchase. Yes I would purchase their again. Just missed the walk around and a full tank of gas. That's not a big deal. Everyone I came I contact their was wonderful.

I had an exceptional experience with the Volkswagen dealership in Ocala. The customer service provided was outstanding, surpassing the basic expectations. Notably, they went above and beyond by personally picking me up from the Orlando airport and subsequently calling me a few days later to ensure that my car and overall experience during the return trip were satisfactory.
I was met at my car and walked in to the service department for my 20k mile service. The facility was very clean and the waiting area was large and comfortable. Plenty of snacks and beverages to choose from. I was sent a video from the technician walking all around my vehicle explaining what he was going to do and what he had checked. I have had VW cars for almost 20 years. Ocala VW was by far the best experience and the wait time was the shortest.

Shawn was fantastic. Went beyond to be so helpful. He made sure that my SUV was cleaned, oil change, a new cabin air filter and when the mechanic who was checking out all that notice there was a chunk out of one of the tires in the front of the vehicle. The tire repair took some time; approximately 2 hours.on a not-so-busy Monday afternoon. But after having a flat tire, was grateful to be serviced. The waiting area within the showroom has all amenities to complement the waiting time. The service coordinator never checked back with me to update how the job was going or a time-frame. He also didn’t walk me over to show the new tires upon job completion or explain the warranty/hazard program. You will receive several calls from the sales guy following your visit.
This is my first VW as well as my first interaction with their service department. The team at VW are wonderful. They were knowledgeable and professional. I especially liked that they took the time to explain what they were doing and why in a video sent to me. I will absolutely go back to them for all of future needs!
