Fez provides excellent and consistent service and assistance. Part I: I had warranty work done recently which required a replacement part that was on back order. When it arrived, he called me and scheduled the replacement of the faulty part. I was good to go in less than 24 hours. Part II: While waiting for that replacement part to be installed, I spied a new Atlas Cross Sport that "had my name on it." Shawn was incredibly helpful and dealer friendly, to say the least! He answered all my questions and followed up with me throughout the process. Absolutely no pressure, at anytime, which I appreciate greatly. There is nothing worse than walking into a dealership and automatically feeling the pressure to make a transaction. Quick check in, explained it all very well, but the wait was longer than I expected. The explanation of the drippy rear washer hose was not satisfactory, it is a design flaw and was told nothing could be done with it! Lousy!

I purchased a car from VW of Ocala the service is great on point and while the service pricing is high I definitely feel comfortable knowing that my car is in great condition. If you want reliable service this is the place. I would warn you get what u pay for so the service times are long but done right.

Disappointed in lack of communication with the tech who provided a number to text for updates on service. The tech did not respond to my inquires and I had to go to the service desk to find anything out. Appt took longer than what was told. I was also under the impression it was an oil change only to find out it was an oil filter change only and another filter. Services not explained very well as I had scheduled an oil change.
Ricky offered excellent service in getting my VW Passat repaired. He was helpful and kind with excellent communication. .
Service was great. You are getting a medium score because...We should have been told you charge for using a credit card! I am not happy about that. I could easily have moved money had I known prior to picking up our vehicle.

Just recently had my car service with Volkswagen Ocala. The service advisor was excellent very pricey. They charge you a higher hourly rate then they charge you for miscellaneous on top of that. I’d really think that’s wrong. That’s my opinion.

Amazing customer service!!! Ricky, was my service adviser and he was very professional, thorough and helpful!!! He even arranged an Uber to take me to my early doctor’s appt. while I was servicing my car and taking care of a recall. Everyone at VW of Ocala was happy to greet you with a smile ☺️ and they even have a great snack and coffee area while you wait! Will definitely be returning here in the near future for annual car maintenance.

My service advisor was Fez and he was very delightful and knowledgeable. My wife purchased a service policy that he was unfamiliar with and it took awhile before he could get all the information that I had , plus what he found by calling, together. Even with this delay he was still courteous and pleasant. The service tech explained everything with ease on the video that was sent and the facilities were pleasant, could use just a bit of a touch up.

I purchased a certified pre-owned VW from them about 4 years ago and was happy but decided after a couple years I would trade it for another make. Hated the over priced service at a different dealership, so came back and purchased a brand new Atlas from them. Caleb Garcia is an excellent service person. He explained everything to me that was going to be done to my car with terms that I can understand. However, whoever washed my car, I noticed that some paint was missing on my roof when I asked Caleb about this he said it happens with these older cars. My car is only 2014. I know it is 11 years old almost but I’ve never heard of paint coming off because you wash the car. Was not satisfied with that part of the service.

After spending a whole day just trying to buy a used car at one of the dealerships on Hwy 200, and putting up with all the games that seem to be the norm these days, we gave up and headed home without a car. I won't hesitate to recommend VW of Ocala!! I was greeted by one of the managers, introduced to Shawn, my salesman, and we were into the test drive in the car I came to see. Shawn white-knuckled through it with me and was still willing to talk to me afterward. By noon the next day, we were closing the deal on the very car I was looking for. Friendly, professional service while listening to my needs and desires.... And sending me home in the car I wanted.... A great experience, for sure.
