Bought a 2019 Jetta. My wife has wanted one since we met. After five children, it was time to ditch the minivan. She is extremely happy with her car. I was traveling from Florida to GA for a funeral. My oil light came on. Stopped to put oil in and lost the oil cap! I freaked. I called VW in tears! The lady who answered my call was simply amazing. She calmed me down with her kindness and willing to help me. She went over the top! It was the kind of service that doesn't exist anymore anywhere else. I wish I got her name.
