I have been with VW of Ocala for 12 years after relocating from the Frozen North . 3 vehicles have been serviced here and 2 of them were purchased here.I have absolutely nothing but praise for this establishment. Bought a used car late on a Sunday. After getting it home food out the key was broken and it was missing the jack and lug wrench. Got with them on Monday and they did replace the key and are still waiting on the jack kit replacement to come in. Thank you!!
